Try Gracious Gourmet’s spreads, tapenades, and chutneys.  No one needs to know you didn’t make it from scratch!

roasted vegetable hamburgers

ingredients:

1 pound extra lean ground beef

1/3 cup The Gracious Gourmet Roasted Vegetable Tapenade

1 tablespoon Panko (Japanese-style) bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

freshly ground black pepper

thinly sliced Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese (optional)

4 ciabatta rolls or hamburger buns, sliced

instructions:

Gently combine ground beef, Roasted Vegetable Tapenade, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Form into 4 patties.

Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once.

Shortly before burgers are done, top with cheese, if desired.

Serve in rolls.

ingredients:

1 Tuscan Olive Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
4 Large Portobello mushroom caps
2.25 oz can diced Black Olives
1 diced medium Tomato
1/4 cup Feta cheese
1 Tbs Olive oil

instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay mushrooms on an oiled baking sheet, top side down. Remove the stems (if they have them) with a spoon.  Bake in oven for 8 minutes.  Meanwhile, combine the Cheeseball Mix, black olives, diced tomatoes, feta cheese and olive oil until well mixed.  Remove portobellos from oven and stuff with the mixed ingredients.  Return to oven for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Sprinkle with Topping packet and serve!
